Reporters who cover health issues can apply for a fellowship.

This three-day fellowship, from September 20-22, will have a special focus on the role of the United Nations, global health, and international development and will provide fellows with access to leading experts who will report on the events and announcements being made during UN Week.

Applicants must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English; preference will be given to US-based journalists who cover health or international issues; fellows are required to participate for the entire duration of the four-day program.

This fellowship is designed to foster participants’ understanding of the issues surrounding international development and global health. Special consideration will be given to journalists whose portfolios include global health.
