African filmmakers can present their films for screening.
The Rwanda Film Festival (RFF), also known as “Hillywood,” organized
by the Rwanda Cinema Centre (RCC) in collaboration with the Kwetu Film Institute, is seeking films in any genre, length and language. The festival will take place July 12-18 in Kigali.
The theme of RFF 2014 is "Reflection." It will select films that look
at historical and contemporary issues from around the world. From
intercultural interaction, to social and political changes, climate
change to young people on the move.
The film production must have been completed within 24 months prior
to the date of festival and be submitted in the following screening
formats: DVD, Bluray or MOV file. An exception applies to special
screening or special selection. Each submitted preview DVD/or online
link must have English subtitles
