Print, broadcast and online journalists from 60 select countries can apply for a scholarship. Special consideration is given to women and candidates from sub-Saharan Africa. For a full list of eligible countries, click here.
The course will focus on enabling participants to work as Internet journalists and producers. Topics to be covered include web design, multimedia reporting and producing audio and video.
Self-paying or sponsored candidates from other countries are also welcome to apply, but all applicants must have English proficiency and at least three years journalism experience.
