Organizations working in the areas of media, youth, women,
democratization, community development, and rule of law and human rights
are eligible.
The United Nations Democracy Fund
(UNDEF) is inviting civil society organizations to apply for funding
projects to advance and support democracy. Project grants range between
US$100,000 and $400,000.
Projects that are two years long are accepted. Project proposals must
fall under one or more of six main areas: media, youth, women,
democratization, community development, and rule of law and human
rights.
Proposals must be submitted online in either English or French.
The deadline is Dec. 31.
